Federal Planning Minister Asad Umar on Thursday chaired the second meeting of the Advisory Committee of the Planning Commission in Islamabad.
Conveners of the advisory committee shared the outcome of their relevant sub-groups including economy and finance, industry and enterprise, agriculture and water, construction and urban renewal, Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) and public health, drinking water and sanitation.
Umar expressed his appreciation for the work carried out by the sub-groups and said that it would be extremely useful for policy formulation. He said that outcomes of the deliberations of the sub-groups will enable the advisory committee to formulate its overall recommendations.
