Salman Khan tests negative for Covid-19: reports
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and his family have tested negative for Covid-19, reported India Today.
The actor and his family members underwent the coronavirus tests after his personal driver and two staff members tested positive for the ongoing virus, according to an earlier report on the aforementioned publication. However, the Dabangg star and his family tested negative on Thursday, as per the same report.
Salman Khan's driver and two staff members are reportedly admitted to a hospital in Mumbai where they are undergoing treatment. An official confirmation from the actor's team regarding the same is still awaited.
Khan had reportedly gone into isolation after several members of his household staff-tested Covid-19 positive, according to multiple Indian media reports. According to a source close to the actor, his family members, too, were in isolation. The Big Boss host and his family are funding the medical treatment for their staff members.
On the work front, the actor is currently appearing as the host in the reality television show Bigg Boss Season 14. He has also completed shooting for his next film, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The celebrated Bollywood actor also has Kick 2 and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali lined up.
