Roof Collapse: 2 siblings crushed by rubble

Jaamkey Motra resident Asad, 20, and sister Nosheen, 23, were killed when the roof of their house collapsed on them.

DASKA: Two people were killed when the roof of their house caved in during heavy rain on Monday morning. According to rescue officials, village Jaamkey Cheema Motra resident Asad, 20, and his sister Nosheen, 23, were killed when the roof of their house collapsed on them. Rescue officials said the siblings were having sehri when the roof collapsed and crushed them. Rescue 1122 officials recovered the bodies from the debris. Locals in the area protested as their homes were flooded and said that they had appealed to the district administration to help them solidify the foundations of other old houses in the village.
