FAISALABAD: A man was killed in unexplained circumstances when patrolling police intercepted two clashing groups on Monday. According to police officials, two rivals groups were brawling over a property dispute near Khurarianwala Chowk. Meanwhile, police patorl reached the scene and a constable made an attempt to break up the fight. The constable reportedly opened fire in the air and a stray bullet ended up killing one of the youths. Rana Faryad was immediately rushed to the Faisalabad District Headquarter Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Police officials denied all charges of aerial firing.
