Cases Closed: Cops claim to solve two murder mysteries

MUZAFFARGARH:


Khangarh Police have solved two blind murder cases and arrested the accused. According to district police officer (DPO) Rao Munir Ahmad Zia the men were currently in police custody. On March 23, Husnain Shah was found dead inside a cattle pen in Khangarh.


A police team led by Inspector Chaudhry Javed Akhtar, SI Mohammad Afzal, ASI Falak Sher and SI Zafar was formed which worked under the supervision of DSP Ghulam Mustafa and tracked down the accused. A special police team arrested suspects including Nadeem, Mohammad Mohsin, Allah Raazi and Mohammad Ramzan Chadhar.

The accused confessed that they had entered the outhouse of the landowner to steal his cattle but his servant Husnain Shah woke up and they shot him. Police also recovered the murder weapon.

Meanwhile, Khangarh police also tracked down the accused in a child’s murder. Police officials said that Imran and Tanweer Shah had kidnapped and stabbed Zeeshan, 8.  The DPO said he had recommended the promotion of members of the investigation teams.
