TeK pays tributes to Kashmiri martyrs

Martyrdom of 0.3million Muslims was the beginning of the demographic change in IIOJ&K, says TeK UK president

LONDON, Nov 7: Glowing tributes were paid to Jammu martyrs here with the pledge to continue the ongoing liberation struggle in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K).

In this connection, Tehreek-e-Kashmir TeK United Kingdom ( UK) organised a conference chaired by President TeK UK Fahim Kayani and moderated by Information Secretary TeK Rehana Ali.

On the occasion, Kayani said the Jammu martyrs was the first planned ethnic cleansing carried out by Hindus to convert the Muslim majority population into minority in IIOJ&K.

"The martyrdom of 0.3million Muslims was the beginning of the demographic change in IIOJ&K, " President TeK UK Kayani added.

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Member and Chairman Public Accounts Committee Abdur Rashid Turabi said people of IIOJ&K will continue their struggle till the final settlement of IIOJ&K.

Senior Kashmiri leader and Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (J&KSM) Altaf Ahmad Bhat said people of IIOJ&K have been giving sacrifices since 1931 and the November 6 ,1947 martyrdom of three lakh Muslims is a stain on the face of Unites Nations that failed to give the plebiscite to the people of IIOJ&K.

Bhat said Kashmiris are still following the footprints of Jammu martyrs to continue their mission of freedom from the illegal Indian occupation.

Lord Qurban Hussain said the world must investigate Jammu massacre to deliver the justice.
The Member National Assembly Pakistan MNA Naureen Farooq Ibrahim said Pakistan will continue to support politically, diplomatically and morally to the ongoing Kashmir freedom struggle.

Convenor All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Syed Fiaz Naqshbandi said Kashmiris will not compromise the sacrfices and will continue their struggle till the freedom.

President TeK Europe Muhammad Ghalib said overseas Kashmiris will continue to support IIOJ&K people till the achievement of their right of self-determination. He said the world knows that India is violating human rights in IIOJ&K and it is ripe time for the international community to impose sanctions on India.

Kashmir lobbyist Shaista Safi said every day in IIOJ&K is Jammu martyrs day saying every day our brothers are being martyred by Indian occupational forces which is condemnable. The world has to come forward to listen to Kashmiris demands. Human Rights Activist Muhammad Umar said that India is committing crimes against humanity in IIOJ&K and world human rights bodies must take the notice of Indian state terrorism in IIOJ&K.
