Khyber College of Dentistry Associate Dean of Research Dr Sultan Zeb succumbed to coronavirus on Saturday. He was under treatment for three weeks at Hayatabad Medical Complex in Peshawar.

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Mehmood Khan expressed grief over the death of Zeb. He lauded the role and services of doctors, paramedics and nurses in tackling the coronavirus and declared them real heroes fighting at front line against the pandemic.

In a condolence message, the CM extended sympathies to the bereaved and prayed that may the Almighty grant courage to the family to bear the loss with fortitude. Provincial Doctors Association in a statement said services of Dr Zeb would always be remembered in the field of health.

Funeral prayers of Dr Zeb would be offered today in Buner.
