LAHORE:

As the temperature starts to drop, the revenue of tea stalls in different areas of Lahore starts to rise.

A restaurant in Johar Town welcomes its customers with warm tea and melodious Qawwali. Customers who visit the place to enjoy tea also listen to Qawwali and popular songs.

The young generation of Lahore has advanced the culture of the city with innovations in such a way that their style is liked by the locals as well as foreigners. The provincial capital has always been rich in culture and food because of the enthusiasm of its residents.

The food of Lahore in particular has no parallel. The taste is incomparable and the style of making it is mostly unique. The traditional style has always been the focus of attention from far and wide.

The citizens also cherish Lahore’s quality of always having maintained a distinct identity. They say there is no comparison of art and food of Lahore with any other city. These fields have contributed to giving Lahore the recognition it enjoys all over the world.

As far as teahouses are concerned, it has become a new form of entertainment for the residents of Lahore.

Not only youngsters but also families visit the outlets in large numbers. Moreover, the tea and other items served there are of good quality and their prices are reasonable.

The citizens enjoying tea maintained that everyone had been worried due to inflation and in such a situation the prices of food items had also gone up. Interestingly, the teahouses in Lahore cater to people of all classes and the best part is that there are food items and drinks for the children as well.

The managers of a restaurant, Chaye Qawwali, said both the offerings are the hallmarks of the region. “That's why we started our project which is very much liked,” said one of the owners.
