Preparations start for Eid Miladun Nabi

RAWALPINDI:

The streets and roads of Rawalpindi have begun glowing up as the Eid-Miladun-Nabi draws near.

The Central Milad Committee of the city has started preparations for taking out the 12 Rabiul Awal processions to mark the birth of Holy Prophet (PBUH).

The meetings of some 4,000 milad committees on the district have also started to finalise arrangements.

The Rawalpindi administration too has starred formulating the security plan for the religious occasion.

People have started decorating their houses and streets with green buntings and lights while many have started selling decorative items for the religious occasion.
