An accountability court remanded on Thursday an accused in a fake accounts case for three days. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Rawalpindi, produced accused Shafiq Mumtaz, who had been arrested in Karachi, and requested the court to grant transit remand. The court handed Mumtaz over to the NAB on a three-day transit remand, ordering that he be produced in the Islamabad accountability court on Saturday.
