Firing victims threatened to drop case

RAWALPINDI:

At least three people of a family were injured after firing by the opponents in the jurisdictions of Ratta Amral police station on Monday. The suspects have also been threatening and forcing the victims to take back the case against them. Abdul Latif told that his opponents identified as Danish, Faizan, and their accomplices attacked his workplace and fired gunshots at him and his two sons, leaving all of them injured. Latif asserted that the police were reluctant to book the suspects who were still roaming fearlessly in the area. He also confirmed that he is being threatened by the assailants. The victims have appealed to the Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and Punjab Police Inspector General (IG) to take notice of the incident and provide them justice.
