Kidnappers demanded Rs5 million as ransom money on Monday for the release of two youngsters kidnapped from Daharki three days ago. According to the families of the abducted persons, Abid Dahar and Akbar Kanjo were kidnapped, following which they searched for them and eventually received a ransom call from the kidnappers demanding Rs5 million. The family told the media that they were poor and could not afford to pay such amounts in ransom. They appealed to the relevant authorities to assist them in the safe return of the kidnapped youngsters back.
