HYDERABAD:

The Hyderabad Chamber of Small Trade and Industry (HCSTI) has rejected the gas price hike for industrial and commercial consumers, demanding that the federal government should immediately withdraw the decision.

In a statement on Saturday, HCSTI president Saleemuddin Qureshi said the higher gas price would further slowdown trade and industry, which have already been badly hit by hyper-inflation and the pandemic-induced economic slump.
