A man was shot and killed by unidentified assailants in Nazimabad on Sunday night. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities. According to Gulbahar SHO Arshad Hussain, the deceased, 40-year-old Adil Zameer, was a Karachi Water and Sewerage Board employee and he had sustained two bullet wounds. Hussain stated that the deceased was sitting on the footpath near a car workshop when the culprits gunned him down, adding that though they could not comment on the motive behind the murder at this stage, they had recovered two bullet shells from the crime scene and were investigating the case in light of available evidence.
