A case of murder has been registered against unknown accused

FAISALABAD:

Parts of an unidentified body were found in a village on Sunday.

Samundri Saddar police took the limbs into their custody, shifted them to a hospital and started investigation to identify the deceased and ascertain the facts related to the death.

According to officials, the parts of the body found in the fields of 468GB area of the Samundri were about one month old.

Seeing the human body parts lying, a passer-by, Asif, informed the area police.

The Samundri Saddar SHO reached the spot along with a team and shifted the human remains to a hospital for post-mortem.

A case of murder has been registered against unknown accused.

Police has initiated efforts to find the heirs of the deceased as well as the alleged killers.
