The husband says she died by suicide

KARACHI:

The body of a woman was found in a house in Khawaja Ajmer Nagri on Sunday. The deceased, H*, was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

While her husband, Tariq, claimed that she died by suicide, her brother Iqbal accused Tariq of killing her.

According to Tariq, the deceased hanged herself from the ceiling fan’s hook.

Iqbal, however, said his sister had informed him of fights with her husband and in-laws. He expressed suspicion that Tariq killed H and then hung her body.

When he reached the house on Sunday, Iqbal said, he found H’s body on the floor and took it to the hospital.
