Man ‘commits suicide’

The body of a young man was found from Lines Area on Monday. The deceased, B* was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities. According to SHO Muhammad Saeed, B had allegedly committed suicide due to domestic issues. The SHO stated the deceased had married seven months ago, but the couple started to have disputes soon after. He added that B had attempted suicide twice before but was saved by his family members. On Monday, he reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself in the paper cutting workshop where he had worked. The police handed the body over to the family after completion of medico-legal formalities.
