ICTA bans construction in 8 sectors

Land acquired by CDA

ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad Capital Territory Administration has imposed ban on construction on land acquired by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) from the locals in eight sectors of the federal capital.

According to a notification issued by the Islamabad Deputy Commissioner Hamza Shfqaat, no construction will be allowed or carried out in sectors C-13, C-16, D-13, E-13, F-13, I-17, E-10 and H-16. "The land in these sectors has been acquired by the CDA," it added.
