Two people were killed and four others injured when the roof of a snooker club collapsed in Bhains Colony on Monday.
The roof reportedly caved in after heavy rainfall in the city. As a result, six men were injured. The police and rescue workers arrived on the spot and shifted the injured to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for treatment, where two of the injured succumbed to their injuries.
The deceased were identified as Imran Ramzan, 28, and Imran Ali, 30, and the injured were identifies as Hamid Akbar, 20, Kamran Imran, 30, Usman Gul, 40, and Akbar, 55. The police have started investigations into the case.
