Declaring the death of a young doctor earlier this week a suicide, the police arrested two people for providing the deceased with a weapon and booked them under the Sindh Arms Act.
According to South SSP Sheeraz Nazeer, the pistol, owned by Saad Naseer, was handed over to M* by Tabish Qureshi on her request.
He claimed the deceased suffered from depression and locked herself inside the bathroom when her father entered her room on Tuesday. She then shot herself in the head, he added.
Nazeer said the bullet pierced through her head and penetrated the wall.
Her father immediately called Madadgar-15 and rushed M to the hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries, he added.
