Outlaw killed during encounter

A suspected criminal was killed during an encounter with police at Tibi Chowk, Muzaffargarh on Saturday.

Police officials said that a police team intercepted a suspicious car. As the police team signaled it to stop, unidentified persons in the car opened fire. Resultantly, police also retaliated. During the exchange of fire, an unidentified suspect was killed while his companion managed to escape.

Police also recovered illegal arms from the possession of the deceased.
