One killed in accident

A person was killed while another sustained serious injuries in a collision between a truck and a motorcycle near Moradabad Jhang road on Sunday.

Rescue 1122 officials said, a speeding truck hit a motorcycle on which two people were travelling near Moradabad. As a result, 40-year-old Falak Sher son of Muhammad Khan died on the spot while 36-year-old Allahrakha son of Rasheed Buksh was critically injured. Rescue 1122 shifted the injured to Nishtar Hospital while the body was handed over to the heirs. The truck driver managed to escape from the scene.
