National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Vice-Chancellor Lt General Syed Imran Majeed presents a shield to Lt General Nigar Johar Khan, the Surgeon General of Pakistan Army during her visit to Rawalpindi. Lt Gen Nigar is the first woman in the history of the army to become a lieutenant general.
