Citizens catch, torture three robbers

Police confiscates weapons

KARACHI:

Three robbers were caught and beaten by citizens in separate incidents late Monday night. A

mong them, two robbers were chased, caught and tortured by citizens while they were fleeing after looting people in Nazimabad. The robbers later handed over to police in injured condition and taken to a hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, another robber was chased, caught and beaten by citizens in Bahadurabad. He, too, was handed over to police in injured condition. The weapons found in his possession have been taken into custody by police.
