RAWALPINDI:

A bull, which had been bought for sacrifice, managed to get free of its captors and flee. However, it did not get far and ran head-on into an onrushing car on Peshawar Road late on Thursday.

Westridge police said that some people had bought a bull for sacrifice on Eidul Azha. They were walking it through Peshawar Road when the bull suddenly became enraged and managed to free itself from its captors. It ran towards the Saddar area. There, an onrushing vehicle heading in the opposite direction ran out of control and collided with a speeding vehicle coming from the opposite direction.

Such was the force of the collision that the bull broke through the windscreen of the vehicle and got embedded inside.
