Murder victim identified

LAHORE:

A 35-year-old man murdered two days back in Kasur has been identified as a resident of Lahore. Police said the victim, Sheikh Naveed, a resident of Akhari Mint Lahore near Shalimar Garden was gunned down by unidentified people in Kasur. The deceased had received bullets in the head that led to his demise. Police had registered a case. On Thursday, after the identity of the victim was confirmed, his body was transported to Lahore. The heirs received the corpse to offer the last rites of the victim.
