The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) will set up a state-of-the-art student facilitation centre to provide a one-window facility for solving their problems. This was stated by BISE Lahore Chairman Prof Riaz Hashmi while presiding over a departmental meeting. Giving details, he said that different services including issuance of duplicate certificates, NOCs, roll number slips and verification of educational documents would be provided to the applicants under one roof. “These facilities will be provided to students within 10 minutes to save them from moving from pillar to post,” he highlighted. The chairman said the BISE is committed to providing prompt services to the students and the one-window facility would especially benefit female students. BISE Secretary Azhar Munir, Controller (Exam) Anfas Ahmad and others attended the meeting.
