252 cases of traffic violation lodged

LAHORE:

Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) lodged 252 cases upon violation of traffic laws last week, 91 cases of illegal and fake number plates, 43 cases of possessing illegal weapons and its display and 89 cases of drugs, while 2,094 litres of alcohol and 16.608 kilogrammes of hashish were seized from the accused. Two rifles, eight guns, 32 pistols, eight cartridges, 15 magazines and 347 bullets were recovered from the accused.
