The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has formed a committee to review and scrutinise the Public Sector Development Program PSDP for the next financial year 2020-21.

The Joint Opposition parties in Balochistan had challenged the provincial PSDP in BHC accusing the government of neglecting opposition's constituencies.

The committee headed by Chairman of the Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT) Sajjad Ahmed Bhutta has been ordered to carry out thorough review and scrutiny over provincial PSDP while four members from the government and opposition have been inducted in the committee.

A division bench comprising Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Nazeer Ahmad Langove directed the opposition members of the assembly to compile their report within a week.

Leader of Opposition Malik Sikandar Advocate, Malik Naseer Ahmad Shahwani, Sana Baloch, Akhtar Hussain Langove, Meer Zahid Reki, Abdul Wahid Siddiqui, Nasrullah Zeeray, Advocate General Arbab Tahir and others appeared before the court.
