Six alleged drug peddlers arrested
Police in their on-going drive against narcotics conducted raids in different areas of the district and arrested six alleged drug peddlers besides recovering over 10kg of hashish from them, a police press release claimed on Monday.
Waris Khan police arrested Zanib Bibi for possessing 2.1kg hashish. In a separate rate, they caught Ghafoor Makhan Khan and recovered 2.2kg hashish from him.
Kahuta police rounded up two alleged drug peddlers namely Talat Munshi with 2kg hashish and Shahid Mehmood with 1.2kg hashish. Gujar Khan police held a drug peddler namely Arslan and seized 2.15kg hashish from him, while Morgah police arrested Aftab Nazir and recovered 1.32kg hashish from his possession.
