Tragedy: Three of a family killed

HARIPUR:

Three people of a family, including a kidnapping victim were shot dead on Friday.

The Khalabat Township police quoted Ishaq, a resident of Shetal Kohistan, as saying that his son Loh Khan had been serving as a security guard at Fazal Colony for the last few years.

He alleged that Khan’s wife Warsi Bibi, 25, was allegedly kidnapped by Aurangzeb and his accomplices three years ago. She was then forcibly ‘married’ to Aurangzeb. However, after a few months she fled and returned to Khalabat and started living with her husband.

Ishaq said the couple also had a five-year-old daughter Raheela Bibi.

On Friday morning, Auragnzeb, along with Sartol Khan, Rakhdan Shah and Saidal Shah entered Loh’s house and allegedly opened fire at Loh, his wife and their daughter. As a result, all three of them lost their lives on the spot.
