The Peshawar police on Saturday arrested a woman and her paramour for killing her husband.
The murder incident had occurred in the limits of Mechani police station.
Zainullah, brother of the deceased filed the FIR in the Mechani police station. He informed the police that his brother Shahid has been murdered by unidentified people.
SSP operation Mansoor Aman immediately formed a team in the supervision of SP rural Waqar Ahmed to investigate the case.
Subsequently, the police team interrogated the relatives and family members of the deceased. During the initial investigation, women police station SHO Nadia was also called in for investigating the female relatives of the deceased.
