ISLAMABAD:

As development works in Park Enclave-I near completion, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has invited bids for infrastructure development works in Park Enclave-II.

The bids have been invited under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council.

Firms registered in category C-3 or above are eligible to apply. Work for which bids have been invited include the development of road infrastructure, drainage systems, water supply network, sewerage network, box culverts, street lights and landscaping, including the development of parks and green areas.

Development activities in Park Enclave-II are part of a comprehensive strategy of CDA to develop neglected residential sectors of the city and uplift the overall infrastructure of the federal capital.

It is pertinent to mention here that CDA has already started to erect a fence around the land earmarked for the development of Park Enclave-II so that development works, once started could be carried out at a fast pace unhindered.
