A final six leaves Pakistan devastated as India wins the fourth match of the Asia Cup on Saturday.

Pakistan is out of the tournament as a result.

Capturing the moment (via Cricinfo)
Mohammad Aamer to Harbhajan Singh, SIX, 128.5 kph, Bhajjiiiiiiiii! He has absolutely smoked this one. Gets a length he can get under, and hits it with the sweetest part of the bat, over midwicket. HUGE. And he roars, removes the helmet and roars. As soon as he sees he has hit it clean, he looks towards third man, where Shoaib is, and roars. It is a primal roar, what a blinder from Bhajji, Akhtar makes a V sign, and looks away. The whole team runs out to congratulate Bhaj, Raina is the first to hug him. Spare a thought for Aamer, he bowled really well until now

India dismissals

The last batsman to be dismissed was Suraish Raina, run out in the final over.

G Gambhir was bowled by Saeed Ajmal, he scored 83 runs and hit six 4s and one 6.

Virat Kohli was bowled by Saeed Ajmal, and scored 18 runs with the help of one four.

Virender Sehwag was caught behind the wicket by Kamran Akmal after scoring 10 runs with just one four.

Pakistani innings

Top scorers for Pakistan were Salman Butt, who made 74 runs from 85 balls with nine fours and Kamran Akmal who scored 51 runs off 41 balls hitting three sixes and two fours.

Captain Shahid Afridi made a modest 32 off 29 balls with two fours and one six.

Pakistan dismissals

Saeed Ajmal was the last man to be dismissed without scoring any runs. Ajmal was caught by Ashish Nehra in the last over of the match.

Kamran Akmal had scored 51 runs off 41 balls hitting three sixes and two fours when he was caught in the second last over.

Muhammad Aamer was run by at a score of only 3 runs.

Before that Abdul Razzaq only managed to make 3 runs when he was caught behind the wicket.

Shahid Afridi made 32 runs with two fours and a six and was bowled out by Praveen Kumar.

Umar Akmal who scored 21 runs with one four was caught behind the wicket in Ravindra Jadeja's over.

Umar Amin departed for a score of only 5 runs. Amin's wicket fell in Harbhajan Singh's over when he was caught by Kohli.

Salman Butt who scored 74 runs with nine fours was run out by Ravindra Jadeja.

Shoaib Malik was bowled out by Zaheer Khan after scoring 39 runs with three fours.

Imran Farhat who scored  25 runs with three fours was the first batsman to get out. Farhat was caught by Virendar Sehwag in Harbhajan Singh's over.

Pakistan lost their first match to Sri Lanka by 16 runs while India easily beat Bangladesh by 6 wickets. However, the Pakistani bowlers sis manage to impress with their bowling in the first game but the batsmen put up a poor show except skipper Shahid Afridi who made 109 runs.

Afridi must make changes at the top of his batting order which could not cope up with quality seam bowling against Sri Lanka. India on the other hand, were not at their best, yet managed to defeat Bangladesh comprehensively.

If Pakistan lose today, they will be out of the tournament but if India lose, they will still have a chance to make it to the final two.

Correction: June 20, 2010

Due to a transcription error, an earlier version of this article misstated that the last batsman out was Harbhajan Singh. It was Suraish Raina, not Harbhajan Singh.

hamza | 14 years ago | Reply let me tell you talha first that u need to differentiate about the seniority and the juniority and that was the first time when they admited and the things cannot be the same all time, playing with a team like australia is not that easy.. try to be positive 5 years are lot more that time we will surely think of being change but plz not now! i respect your suggestions for betterment of our territory but please share appropriate ideas. All the juniors you are talking about are not independent except salman butt. our team is actually not well due to the situations of our country. just recall the time when India was in same situation when they had really horrible situations and political issues but they played with the same team showed their best against opponents and now India is on the top in ICC test ranking and on 2nd on ODI. talking about umer akmal u should mention the whole case towards us why they actually did this. after afridi took the charge of captaincy he cleared the things, made the unity strong and mentioned that u r playing for Pakistan not for yourself, errors will not acceptable again and again. and the last thing about the favoritism i want to tell u that i personally like abdul razak but i don't want him anymore in pak team. and the rest, officials and the experts are their for the improvements and they know much better then u and me. recently i saw a great cricketer commenting about the new captain that u have already commented on it.
talha | 14 years ago | Reply I just request to HAMZA to understand the fact that these players have lost full series in Australia against their captain Muhammad Yousaf, which shoaib malik admitted on the TV as they didn’t play willfully. This is what the players power in the team that will remain bad for the next 5 years and then you people ask for the change. We just blame our politicians but the fact is that the sports man where the true sprit comes out is more corrupt. The new generation needs change and this change will occur if we sincerely love Pakistan. Shahid afridi's is not a team player, he just want to play for his name and shows a different picture in the field. We have seen him eating a ball for mal practicing and performing not well throughout his career. In a reasonable society even a simple office will not tolerate him dong such things. I don't want to hurt anyone but the fact is that it is proved that umer akmal refused to play for Pakistan just for his brother. We lost those matches on the name of Pakistan. Let us try not to ruin the name Pakistan in the game of favoritism
