LAHORE: A man repeatedly raped his female MSc student under the garb of a forged nikah nama that he actually prepared for the purpose of sexual abuse, The Express Tribune learnt on Friday.

First, the accused lecturer Ahmed Faraz subjected the victim to sexual assault and then continued blackmailing her with posing different threats of dire consequences.

Later, the accused made a plan and contracted a fake marriage with the student on telephone which was done for the satisfaction of the victim, without her knowing that would be used for sexual purposes under the guise of marriage.

The girl was ensured by the lecturer that he had contracted a marriage with her and now they were husband and wife. Interestingly enough, the accused restrained the girl from revealing the truth before anyone that they both had contracted a marriage.

The accused allegedly convinced the student that they will inform their respective families at the appropriate time.

Reportedly, the lecturer continued raping her and pressured her to undergo abortion twice.

When the victim tested positive for pregnancy for a second time, she made hue and cry that why the accused was not informing their families about the contracted marriage.

However, the accused forcefully took her to a clinic at Pattoki under the pretext of a medical checkup but instead set her up for abortion.

As the victim’s health deteriorated after the second abortion, the accused lecturer left her in the hospital and fled. She was abandoned at the hospital for several hours during her treatment and her parents eventually came to know of the entire situation.

Later, the accused again contacted the victim and told her that he had persuaded his parents and now soon they can establish themselves, as husband and wife, before their families.

However, he once again took her to a house where a man disguised as an influential figure, reportedly posed threats to the victim of dire consequences and also snatched her cell phone.
