While hearing a case on barring a private medical college from recruitments, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb directed to fix the case along with three other, similar cases which are already pending.
The three other similar cases pertain to the Pakistan Medical and Dental College's (PMDC) to stop the registration of four medical colleges and to bar them from admitting students. Earlier, the petitioner's counsel had requested the court to quash the PMDC's order which barred the college from taking new admissions. The counsel told the court that previously, the IHC had approved the petition of three private medical colleges.
