Ten arrested in separate operations

KARACHI: Two suspects were arrested during an encounter with the police in Gulshan-e-Hadeed on Thursday night.

The police stated that the suspects had confessed to their involvement in several crimes and burglaries, while illegal weapons were recovered from their possession. Cases have been filed against the suspects.

Meanwhile, the Kalri police arrested an alleged drug peddler and confiscated large quantities of drugs from his possession. A case was registered against him and an investigation is being carried out.

Additionally, seven others were arrested by law enforcement agencies in separate operations in Baldia Town, Quaidabad and Ibrahim Hyderi. The operations were carried out on basis of information provided by previously arrested suspects.
