No use unless they are punished and kept away from hurting pple. We do not want courts to release them the way other terrorists have been given clean chit based on no strong evidence. Even if there is a small evidence these guys should be punished.
A pointless effort if its not backed up by effective prosecution mechanisms? The accused will spend a few days in lock up at the cost of the exchequer. The legal proceedings will take ages to make a discernable headway by this time the evidence gathering process will have lost its momentum (if it had any) and witnesses will succumb to pressure from Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi. Due lack of substantial evidence these individuals they’ll become overnight heroes. They’ll be garlanded by an adulating mob gathered to receive them on their release. And an odd plucky one among these accused may even set up his own independent organization that will add to the flow of hatred and venom of intolerance being spewed by others in this industry.
Stop the policy of hypocrisy today this menace will disappear tomorrow.
@Omar: to Vasan "Unfortunetly all the witness are threatened and even killed if they come to give their statement" If you are serious about liberating your society and country from this menace, please consider a good witness protection program. Such programs have been instituted in many, many countries. Without that you cannot be successful at all!
No need to celebrate the arrest of terrorists. Within a few months our worthy judiciary will let them free for "lack of evidence". Our judges will start issuing notices to intelligence agencies for arresting and interrogating these demons.
@Omar: Police Encounter is the only option if we cant have GuantanaBay
Kill them without a trial :S
Why is the Police wating its time. Haven't they learnt their lessons fron the Malik case. LeJ chief Malik not only received a stipend from the government but also got released on account of 'lack of evidence' and now has been provided with police guards.
@Vasan .... Well Said !
Unfortunetly all the witness are threatened and even killed if they come to give their statement

Keep up the good work..
Good job. Kudos to the LEAs! My Allah help us in crushing this menace!
