Energy crisis: ‘No load shedding during Ramazan’

With consumers’ co-operation, PESCO can overcome the current energy crisis

PESHAWAR: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) has announced that no load shedding would occur for domestic consumers during Sehr and Iftar in the holy month of Ramazan. The company has requested consumers to avoid use of extra load so that the system does not get overburdened and uninterrupted electricity supply continues. The chief executive of Pesco said that with consumers’ co-operation they can overcome the current energy crisis adding that the company was taking all possible steps in this direction.
