Murder: Girl gunned down over engagement

Shahnaz Bibi to local youth but her relatives were against the match.

SARGODHA: A girl was gunned down over a family dispute in the Sillanwali area on Friday afternoon. According to police officials, Chak 168/171 Manglawala resident Sher Muhammad had engaged his daughter Shahnaz Bibi to local youth but her relatives were against the match. Police said that Muhammad’s cousin Nasir shot Shahnaz dead and fled the scene.
