Ranbir being noticeably absent on Alia's birthday party is what spurred the rumors this time around, reported Zoom. That's not all, some are even suspecting Ranbir's 'cold' behaviour towards his lady love as being the final straw.

Alas, none of the reasoning is strong enough to be anything but baseless gossip, according to a source close to the couple. In an official statement to the press, the source revealed that any rumour of the two splitting up is just that - a rumour.
"These reports are all baseless and untrue. You all can be assured that Ranbir and Alia are very much in love and together," said the source.
Another reassurance for die-hard Ranbir-Alia fans is the recent photo that their friend Natasha Poonawala shared in which Ranbir can be seen planting a sweet kiss on Alia's cheek - talk about being loved up! A few weeks back, the two had also attended a football match together.
Safe to say, all's well in the land of love and we wonder if there's a wedding on the cards soon. We can only wait!
