Professor Dr Nazir Hussain has been appointed as the Dean of Faculty for Social Sciences at the Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), for a three-year term by President of Pakistan and QAU Chancellor Dr Arif Alvi, a notification issued by the varsity’s registrar Monday read.
Prior to his appointment, Dr Hussain served as the director of the School of Politics and International Relations (SPIR). He has served in academia for the past 35 years.
