He also said the provincial government is focusing on merit and transparency, lauded the enthusiasm for the Kashmir cause and the solidarity with Kashmiris being expressed by youth, and said discrimination and corruption restricted growth opportunities for youth in their chosen fields.
He was addressing a conference in Baku, the capital and major metropolis of Azerbaijan, organised by the Youth Peace Talk Organisation under the themes of the Karabakh Dispute, Solidarity with Kashmiris, Islamophobia and the Role of Youth in Confronting Challenges.
Programme organiser Hamad Khan, a former spokesperson for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Quetta and an activist, Quetta Assistant Commissioner Syeda Nida Kazmi, Muhammad Amin Badini, Rasheed Khan Norzai, Saddaf Awan and others were also present on the occasion.
Sardar Babar Musakhail also congratulated the organisers on holding the programme.
