For the first time since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced their plans to separate themselves from the Royal family in January, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are back out and about in the U.K. T

The couple, who will celebrate their two year wedding anniversary this May, made their first public appearance in nearly two months recently, reported InStyle.

The occasion? The Endeavor Fund Awards, an organisation working to support the recovery of those who have been 'injured in service' through team sports and other athletic pursuits.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have attended the Endeavor Fund Awards two years in a row, with Markle opting for for a black and white ensemble on the occasions.

This year, the former Suits star made her way to the ceremony in a turquoise Victoria Beckham dress and dark blue suede pumps.

The dress was simple, but the color made a statement against the rainy backdrop of the evening. She wore her dark locks in a low ponytail and accessorised with a small marbleized Stella McCartney clutch.

Harry looked uncharacteristically excited as he walked with his wife under an umbrella to the awards event. The Duke of Sussex wore a dark blue suit with a pale blue tie.

Last month, it was reported that Meghan and Harry will no longer use the name 'Sussex Royal' in their branding that many recognise as their Instagram handle.

Their official step back from the Royal family is set to take place in spring.
