World Cup Football 2010 enters its 6th day, as host team South Africa get back into action against Uruguay in the third match of the day on Wednesday.

Chile will be facing Honduras, after which Spain will kick off their campaign playing against Switzerland.

The underdogs of the World Cup, Honduras, have been hit with more injuries ahead of their opening Group H match against Chile.

Meanwhile, Chile's last win in a World Cup match came way back in 1962. But it looks to set the record straight this time as they were arguably the most entertaining and aesthetic side in the South American qualifying campaign.

In the second match of the day, extraordinarily talented Spain begin their campaign against Switzerland in Durban. While Switzerland have injury worries, Vincent del Bosque's side is made up almost entirely of stars from Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Spain, however, has not advanced past the World Cup quarterfinals since its best finish fourth in 1950.

Hosts South Africa will face a stubborn Uruguay in their second Group A match. Coach Carlos Alberto Parreira says they need to risk all they have to strengthen their chances of advancing to the next round of the World Cup.

The team is brimming with confidence, after a spectacular first goal draw with Mexico that opened the tournament.
