Sherani calls on JUI-F leader

Sherani says his doors are open for political alliance with other leaders

QUETTA: Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani on Saturday called on the central spokesman of Jamiat UIema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) Hafiz Hussain Ahmed and discussed the political issues of Balochistan and the outcome of Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s Azadi March. Sherani, who was affiliated with the JUI-F and served the party in the senate, said his doors are open for political alliance with other leaders.

“I was the first religious-political leader to form an alliance among religious parties to strengthen harmony between them,” Sherani said as he stressed upon unity among all factions.

Lauding his efforts for political stability, Ahmed said the JUI-F was working to strengthen relations with the PPP and PML-N.
