Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra received a myriad of mixed reactions when she showed up for the 2020 Grammy Awards alongside husband Nick Jonas in a deep-plunging Ralph & Russo gown.
The Sky is Pink star walked the red-carpet in an ivory, bell-sleeved ensemble that sure turned heads. The Grammy's is music's biggest night, so naturally, many stars were celebrating in their best get-ups. Over the years, the Grammy Awards have become well-known for iconic and outrageous looks.
While many of her fans praised the actor for the glamorous outfit, some noted that with a neckline so deep, the dress was a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen, reported Pinkvilla.

However, during her latest interview with US Weekly, the star revealed she never leaves for an event unless she is absolutely secure about her dress, which means, no wardrobe malfunction for the fashionista.
“Ralph & Russo, whenever they make couture for me or custom outfits for me, they always do them fitted to my body, keeping these things [wardrobe malfunctions] in mind,” Priyanka said during the interview.

She continued. “So as much as people might think it would be hard to manage, they found this incredible tulle the same colour as my skin tone and sort of held the dress together with that. So you can’t even see it in the pictures but there was no way it would have happened if they didn’t have that. It was like a netting.”

Recently, Priyanka's mother Madhu Chopra, came out in full support of her daughter's show-stopping saying, “I loved it. She showed me the sample before she wore – I thought it was a little risque but she carried it well and she was one of the best dressed. I am happy about that.”
