This was told by the Kidney Centre In-charge Dr Shafqat Ali Tabasum while addressing an event on Monday. He said that the latest equipment was available at the centre for seamless and successful kidney transplants.
He continued that more than 122,000 patients were examined and treated in the outpatient department during last year. He further said that efficient and hardworking doctors were serving at the centre, which had resulted in successful transplants.
Deputy Commissioner Shozab Saeed, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College Board of Management Member Dr Saeed Malik, Principal Dr Khwaja Muhammad Fayyaz, Bahawal Victoria Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Azizur Rehman and others also attended the event.
