HYDERABAD: Employees of the city council protested the change to the commissioner system by shutting down their offices and gathering at the press club on Wednesday. The CBA union general secretary Akram Rajput led the protest. Around 1,500 employees were not paid in June, he said. The protestors demanded that they be paid immediately.
