The actor celebrates his 19th wedding anniversary with Twinkle Khanna

Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary on Friday in their signature quirky manner. The Good Newwz actor penned down a sweet and funny note for his wife to honour the occasion, uploading a picture of himself with her on Instagram wherein he is dressed up as his character from the 2018 film, 2.0.

"Visual representation of what married life looks like...some days you want to cuddle and some days look like...as you can see," Kumar wrote underneath the picture, as he hinted at their love life. "‪All said and done, I wouldn’t have it any other way, happy anniversary, Tina...with love from Pakshirajan."

However, this is not the first time the couple blessed their fans with a cute but funny insider. A few days ago, Khanna also uploaded a picture donning a pair of 'onion' earrings that her beloved husband got for her.

"From one shoot to another, I am glad I got the chance to wear my priceless gifts that were brought home from a shoot, before they started sprouting shoots themselves," said the author in a satirical manner. She concluded her post with the hashtag “Onions are a girl's best friend.”

The Bollywood A-listers tied the knot on January 17, 2001 and have a son and daughter – son Aarav and daughter Nitara - together. Kumar and Khanna also starred in two films together back in 1999, namely, Zulmi and International Khiladi.



Khanna has earlier revealed in a talk show that their relationship started off as just another fling back in the day and she never thought they would become so seriously involved with one another.
